  • What comes in your gift hampers? Our hampers are thoughtfully curated collections based on themes and occasions. The contents are listed on each product page, but typically include a mix of items like gourmet treats, premium skincare, home decor, and other accessories.

  • Can I swap an item in a pre-made hamper? For our pre-curated hampers, we cannot swap individual items. However, if you want a fully custom gift, we recommend using our Build Hamper feature to create a one-of-a-kind gift with all your preferred items.

  • Do you cater to allergies or dietary restrictions? We strive to include detailed product descriptions and ingredients lists for all food items. If a recipient has specific allergies or dietary needs (e.g., gluten-free, nut-free), we highly recommend using the Build Hamper tool to select specific items that meet those requirements. Ordering & Payment

  • What payment options do you accept? We accept various secure online payment methods. For all orders, you can pay using a Visa or Mastercard. We also offer Pay on Delivery to our dispatch riders for select items.

  • Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. We use a secure payment processing system that encrypts your financial data. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

  • How does the corporate gifting process work? We specialize in creating branded and personalized corporate hampers. For corporate orders, we provide a dedicated account manager who will work with you to understand your needs, customize gifts, and handle your order from start to finish. You can either request a quote online or contact our sales team directly.

Delivery & Shipping

  • How much does delivery cost? Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer competitive rates to ensure your gift is delivered efficiently and affordably.

  • Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes, we offer same-day delivery within Accra and Kumasi for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Please check the product page for specific delivery timelines.

  • Do you ship outside of Ghana? Currently, Hampershub offers delivery exclusively within Ghana. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • What happens if the recipient is not available to receive the delivery? Our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient using the provided phone number. If they are unreachable or unable to accept the package, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled, or the hamper may be held at a collection point for pickup. Please ensure the recipient’s phone number is correct to avoid delays.


Returns & Customer Service

  • What is your return policy? We stand by the quality of our products. Due to the perishable and personalized nature of some items, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

  • What if my hamper arrives damaged? If your hamper or its contents arrive damaged, please take a photo of the damaged items and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to find a satisfactory solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
