At Hampershub, we are dedicated to ensuring your carefully selected gifts are delivered to your recipient on time and in perfect condition. We understand the importance of a seamless delivery process, especially for gifts. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our procedures, costs, and timelines.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated delivery timeframe once your order is processed.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the shipping option you select. We offer the following shipping services:

  • Please note: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as severe weather, delivery carrier delays, or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays).


3. Same-Day Delivery Policy

  • Same-Day Delivery is available for select locations only. Please check the availability at checkout.

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM GMT for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the next business day via Express Delivery.

  • Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the hamper. If no one is available, our delivery partner will attempt to contact the recipient. If the delivery fails, a re-delivery fee will be charged.


4. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to all major cities and their surrounding areas within [Your Country, e.g., Ghana].

  • For delivery to remote or rural areas, please contact our customer service team before placing your order to confirm availability and discuss potential additional costs.

  • We do not currently offer international shipping.


5. Order Tracking & Confirmation

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.


6. Perishable and Fragile Items

  • Our hampers often contain perishable food items and fragile goods. We take utmost care in packaging to maintain quality and integrity during transit.

  • For all perishable items, we use insulated packaging and cold packs to ensure they remain fresh.

  • We recommend that the recipient be present to receive the delivery to prevent spoilage, especially for items requiring refrigeration. We are not responsible for spoilage if the recipient is not available to accept the package upon the first delivery attempt.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information & Failed Deliveries

  • Please double-check all shipping information, including the recipient’s name, address, and contact number, before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information or the recipient’s unavailability, a re-delivery fee will be charged to the customer.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your hamper arrives damaged, please refer to our [link to your refund and return policy] for instructions on how to report the issue.

  • If a package is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with you to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
